About
the Development
Kanonberg
is a work in progress. Negotiations with the City of Tygerberg about the
final layout are almost finalised. Construction of the Kanonberg Gatehouse
and the Kanonberg Lifestyle Centre are expected to be completed by end of
September 2001.
Internal roads, water- and stormwater pipes, parks, sewerage
structures and IT- connections will be completed soon thereafter.
The planting of indigenous shrubs and plants will start soon, but
clearly the conservation program will take a few years to achieve its full
splendour...
you simply cannot rush Mother Nature, but you sure can enjoy the
process!
